Sound Journey at Mairangi Bay Arts Centre
Join Chewy Wilson for a relaxing 1.5 hour long Sound Journey. A mix of Handpan, Didgeridoo, percussion and Native American flute to create a delicious soundscape. Let the resonant tones of the handpan carry you into a state of peace and inner stillness. Lie back, relax, and allow the sounds to guide your body and mind into deep restoration.
Bring a water bottle, pillow and yoga mat (or something to lie on) to get settled in for a restorative journey into sound.
